What Is Reflexology?

Reflexology [noun.] a system of massaging specific areas of the foot in order to promote healing, relieve stress, etc., in other parts of the body.

Reflexology is an ancient practice hailed for its ability to restore, rebalance and rejuvenate the mind and body. It works by applying pressure to specific areas of the feet (which represent different parts of the body). This in turn stimulates certain nerves and increases blood flow, leading to an array of positive benefits.

I have long been interested in the powerful connection between the emotional mind and the physical body. As a result, my intuitive and holistic approach to reflexology works to reconnect the brain to the rest of the body and is tailored bespoke to each client.

First, I seek to identify direct links between psychological stress, illness, and disease in the body. Then, l work on a deeply restorative level to support your body’s own healing processes, helping you reach a state of balance and inner calm.

Treatment and Consultation

The initial session will include a consultation where we will discuss your overall health history and your main reasons for treatment. I will email you within 2 days of the first session with your treatment plan.

After a reflexology treatment you may:
